In Canada, the career pathway is structured. From high school onward, students have access to counselling, aptitude frameworks, co-op programmes, and clear guidance on what each career actually looks like — what it pays, what it demands, and where it leads.

In India, the reality is different. The talent is extraordinary. The ambition is immense. The institutions are producing hundreds of thousands of graduates every single year. But the infrastructure to guide that talent — to match it clearly to opportunity — has lagged behind the scale.

The result is a clarity gap. Not a talent gap. Students who don't know which direction to move. Institutions that don't have the data to guide them. Employers who can't efficiently find the right candidates from the noise.

Students shouldn't have to navigate a fragmented, noisy system. The infrastructure should be intelligent enough to surface the right path — based on who you are, not just what you've studied.

Closing the loop requires owning the full pipeline

Guiding a student into a career is only half the work. Connecting that qualified candidate to the employer who needs them is the other half. Both halves need to be solved together.

Anaktra does not build tools. It does not take client briefs, deliver software, and move on. It builds products — technology it owns, controls, and continuously improves — because the problem it is solving is structural, not transactional.
